Role Purpose & Accountabilities 
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Digital Product Manager to lead our product management team in defining, delivering, and continuously improving complex back-end systems and platform products that support exam operations and digital channels. You will drive measurable business growth through digital product strategy and execution, using quantitative methods to prioritize, validate outcomes, and ensure products deliver clear value. As a key partner to global stakeholders, you will ensure alignment across international product ecosystems. In this role, you will lead and mentor Product Managers, own resource planning, and establish product governance. You will define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex back-end systems, drive platform scalability, and manage the product lifecycle for platform components. You will identify and deliver growth opportunities, translate business goals into measurable product outcomes, and ensure initiatives deliver validated value. You will define product KPIs, use data to prioritize, and hold teams accountable to outcomes. As a senior interface, you will influence priorities, manage expectations, and communicate product strategy and performance insights to senior management. You will also ensure effective collaboration with international teams and contribute to global product alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to improve product delivery effectiveness and promote user-centric and evidence-based product practices.

 

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Proficient in English and Chinese
•    Solid product management experience 
•    Proven product management experience with team management responsibility (leading PMs).
•    Strong track record owning complex back-end systems / platform products (APIs, integrations, workflows, data-driven services).
•     Demonstrated experience delivering digital product changes that drive business growth (revenue and/or conversion/retention).
•    Evidence of 0-to-1 product launch and delivery of measurable financial outcomes.
•    Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
•    Proven use of quantitative methods to drive prioritisation and decision making (OKRs/KPIs, funnel analysis, impact sizing).

Desirable:

•    International product experience and collaboration with global stakeholders / distributed teams.
•    Experience in education/exams, large-scale transaction platforms, or mission-critical operations.
•    Experience with platform modernization (legacy-to-modern architecture transitions).
