Role Description/Purpose

Nexus is aiming to develop a number of system solutions to drive digital growth for Exams products in China. The role will lead and optimize the development and execution of Nexus-related operational strategies that enhance user engagement, activation, and conversion across key touchpoints such as user communities, live streaming, mini-programs, and the online e-store. It bridges user-centric operational design with product thinking and project management, serving as the key control point for Nexus products within the IT product & system team and shaping the future growth ecosystem.

Role Accountabilities

In a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem in China, we are building a data-driven private domain growth engine that leverages both existing online and offline touchpoints, while also developing new channels, content, and products to establish a robust 2C/2B conversion ecosystem. This role is at the heart of that mission, serving as both product owner and operations lead across the entire user lifecycle—from acquisition through retention—ensuring that every stage contributes to sustainable growth.

As the leader of the User Operation team, you will coordinate closely with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, manage resources, and foster collaboration. You will design and implement private domain systems within the WeChat ecosystem, optimize WeCom, communities, Moments, and Mini Programs to create a closed-loop traffic model, and spearhead growth initiatives across channels and live streaming. Beyond execution, you will define user personas, oversee lifecycle design, and own products and services that enhance engagement through live sessions, short-form content, and promotional campaigns. With a strong focus on data analysis, you will monitor key metrics, produce actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to maximize conversion and traffic efficiency. This position also requires effective team and budget management, ensuring operational excellence while shaping the future of our growth ecosystem.
