Role Purpose & Accountabilities 
The Exams IT team in Beijing is seeking a skilled technologist to ensure the effective maintenance of exam systems in line with corporate policies and processes. This role is pivotal in supporting business transformation and enhancing user and stakeholder satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring PaaS and SaaS environments, focusing on the design and construction of monitoring systems tailored to departmental needs. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and optimizing automation and monitoring solutions that align with both departmental and enterprise requirements. You will develop and govern SDLC policies and frameworks, establishing robust governance and reporting mechanisms for global system service management. Building strong relationships with internal and external vendors is essential, ensuring compliance with SLAs and cross-partner delivery agreements. 

 

We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of system monitoring and automation, capable of delivering innovative solutions. You should possess solid knowledge of IT system operations, with the ability to troubleshoot production incidents effectively. Familiarity with public cloud telemetry tools and high-availability deployments is crucial, as is experience in managing system releases and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Proficient in English and Chinese
•    Relevant technical certification, prefer to own Azure and Kubernetes certifications
•    Strong sense of professionalism, creativity and initiative Deeply understanding of monitoring, automation and should got unique ideas.
•    Deeply in Azure knowledge, deployment, monitoring and alertmanger.
•    Deeply in Full Chain Monitoring solution, familiar with SkyWalking/Pinpoint/Zipkin/Jeager/kiali
•    Solid experience in operations and development.
