Role Purpose

This role sits at the heart of our customer success journey, where you’ll build and grow impactful relationships with a wide range of B2B clients — including businesses, schools, universities, and government organisations. Working closely with our Sales and Delivery teams, you’ll shape exceptional end‑to‑end customer experiences, act as a trusted partner, and ensure every customer gets real value from our solutions and achieves the outcomes that matter most. It’s a role for someone who loves collaboration, ownership, and turning great products into powerful success stories.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering a seamless end‑to‑end experience for our B2B clients, from onboarding and product implementation to ongoing support. This includes onboarding new customers, training key stakeholders to maximise value from our products and systems, and working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure consistently high‑quality service. You’ll act as a central point of contact for enquiries and service requests, proactively resolving issues and using customer insight to continuously improve the experience.

Data, relationships, and growth will sit at the core of your impact. You’ll manage customer information across CRM and British Council systems, deliver clear reporting on engagement and outcomes, and run feedback and Monitoring & Evaluation processes to support smarter decisions and long‑term partnerships. Alongside contributing to key account plans and identifying opportunities to add value, you’ll ensure financial and contractual processes run smoothly and coordinate colleagues or suppliers to deliver work efficiently — always with quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction front of mind.
