The British Council is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Exams Assistant to ensure the smooth and secure delivery of exams across designated venues. This role is pivotal in managing confidential materials, coordinating with venue staff, and supporting test day operations to uphold compliance and service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Secure handling and distribution of confidential exam materials.
Coordination with venues and test day staff to ensure readiness and compliance.
Support in venue selection, logistics, and equipment preparation.
Post-exam processing including scanning, result input, and certificate issuance.
Customer support and issue escalation to maintain high service standards.
Contribution to risk management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Strong understanding of compliance-regulated procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
English language proficiency at CEF B2 level.
Desirable: Experience in risk management and computer-based exam delivery.
This role includes occasional early morning and weekend shifts as part of a test day duty roster.
