Role Purpose
We are seeking an Examination Services Officer to strengthen the quality, security, and efficiency of our exams delivery across Turkey. This role plays a key part in supporting IELTS, Educational and Professional Exams (EPE), Aptis, and other exam products by ensuring that all delivery standards meet the requirements outlined in the IELTS Administrator’s Manual and the British Council Quality and Compliance Assessment System.


With growing demand and an increasingly competitive exams market, this position is essential to maintaining excellence across multiple, simultaneous test events delivered in various locations.


To strengthen the quality of exam delivery, ensure robust materials management, and maintain strict security procedures for IELTS, Educational and Professional Exams (EPE), Aptis, and other assessment products. This role supports the department in meeting all requirements outlined in the IELTS Administrator’s Manual and the British Council Quality and Compliance Assessment System, ensuring full compliance with global exam standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of exams within the assigned location.
  • Oversee secure handling and administration of exam materials and processes.
  • Manage the engagement, performance, and relationships of Venue Supervisors.
  • Coordinate venue arrangements and communicate with venue staff to ensure operational readiness.
  • Support risk management and issue resolution, including coordinating customer communication directly or via our customer services teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with all global and local exam quality standards.
  • Work test days as required, including weekends, as part of contracted hours.
