Role purpose

To provide key coordination and logistical support to ensure the smooth running of the teaching operation.

Role Accountabilities

Service and product delivery support

  • Delivers administrative and customer services in line with corporate procedures to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuity
  • Ensures compliance in student registration, customer care, and re-registration, including drafting reports and handling basic financial/administrative tasks
  • Provides operational and logistical support for teaching centre activities, including data review to support process improvement

Customer support

  • Responds to customer enquiries, acts as a point of contact, and escalates complex issues appropriately
  • Identifies and proactively flags issues (e.g. complaints, resourcing, logistical or technical) impacting delivery or customer experience
  • Communicates and coordinates with stakeholders, building networks to ensure effective issue resolution and smooth service delivery

Risk and compliance

  • Adheres to risk management procedures (e.g. safeguarding, security, financial and anti-fraud) and reports any non-compliance
  • Ensures compliant handling of financial and customer data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.

Commercial & resource management

  • Monitors and takes responsibility for small-scale resources, following established procedures and ensures that equipment and materials are available and ready to use when needed.

Managing self and others

  • Plans and prioritises own work activities, responding to changing requirements to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities over a daily/weekly time horizon.
  • Tasks and coordinates others (e.g. internal colleagues or external suppliers) to complete tasks within established procedures, in order to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitors task completion to agreed quality and time standards.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent, or demonstrable experience.

Work Experience

  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Experience of coordinating resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
  • Experience working in a teaching centre (Desirable)

 

Important Information

  • Language requirements: B2- C1 level proficiency in English
  • Right to work: Candidate must have right to work in Malaysia. Visa/work permit sponsorship and relocation assistance are not provided
