Role Purpose

Support the operational delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of digital systems and digitally enabled activities across the International Student Mobility (ISM) programme.

The role will coordinate programme systems, reporting tools and participant engagement platforms to support effective delivery, a positive participant experience and operational insight. It will also line manage Digital Delivery Consultants and support scalable, coordinated digital delivery across programme activities.

 

Role Accountabilities

 

Digital Delivery and Operational Coordination

  • Manage the operational delivery and continuous improvement of digital systems and digitally enabled activities across ISM teams.
  • Coordinate system requirements, delivery processes and participant-facing activities across programme teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of programme systems, participant engagement platforms and digital delivery tools.
  • Work with digital colleagues to support coordinated participant journeys and aligned delivery activity.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies and delivery issues, supporting mitigation and escalation where required.

 

Systems Integration and Programme Support

  • Support alignment across programme systems, participant engagement platforms and digitally enabled delivery.
  • Act as an operational interface between programme teams, digital colleagues and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Digital & Technology (D&T) colleagues and enterprise product owners to support the effective use of enterprise digital systems and platforms.
  • Support refinement of systems and operational processes and digitally enabled delivery approaches.

 

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Support reporting, operational insight and data processes across programme systems and platforms.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery, participant experience and efficiency.
  • Support the operational problem solving and resolution of systems and delivery issues across programme activities.

 

Leadership and Management

  • Line manage Digital Delivery Consultants and support collaborative, effective and high-performing digitally- enabled delivery acorss the programme.
  • Support the prioritisation, planning and coordination of digital delivery activity.
  • Promote effective governance, safeguarding, compliance, data protection and operational risk awareness across programme digital delivery activity.

Experience

 

Essential

  • Experience managing or supporting digitally enabled delivery, systems coordination or transformation activity in complex environments.
  • Strong experience and understanding of how digital systems and participant-facing platforms support effective delivery and user experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated delivery activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management, delivery planning and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify operational risks, systems issues and improvement opportunities across complex delivery enviornments.
  • Experience line managing staff and supporting collaborative team delivery.
  • Understanding of governance, safeguarding, compliance and data protection considerations relating to digital systems and participant data.

 

Desirable

  • Experience in international education, cultural relations, international development or similarly complex partnership environments.
  • Applied experience working with varied CRM platforms.

 

Professional Qualification and Certification

  • Professional qualification or recognised training in project management, digital delivery or operational coordination, or equivalent professional experience.

 

Language

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

 

Important Information

Location: UK (Open to employees in all UK offices including employees already on homeworking contracts) 

Contract Type: IDC

Pay Band: PB 8

Contract Hours: Full time - 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Starting Annual Gross Salary: £40,179
