Role Description/Purpose  
To deliver high-quality and equitable operations that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, awarding bodies, and test takers. This role is responsible for supervising, planning, and managing functions related to operations. A key aspect of the role is supporting the operations leadership team in delivering effective and efficient services.

 

Role Accountabilities  
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an operations-focused role that supports the delivery of high-quality assessments and certifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging certifications and assessments, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring all logistical requirements are met. He/She will also prepare and analyse management information system (MIS) data reports and dashboards and coordinate effectively with examiners and the global marking team to ensure timely payments and smooth operations.

 

This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of freelance examiners through effective people management and development. A passion for achieving organizational goals and driving continual improvement projects is essential. The candidate will be expected to carry out performance evaluations, monitor service quality, and ensure all processes meet contractual requirements. He/She will also be responsible for submitting corrective action reports and supporting best practices across the organization.

 

Strong stakeholder and people-resource management skills are crucial, including preparing daily reports, conducting regular one-on-one sessions with examiners, and communicating challenges and achievements to stakeholders. The role also involves governance and reporting responsibilities, requiring proficiency in MS Excel and a commitment to compliance with all policies and procedures.

 

Information security is a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate must ensure team awareness and compliance with information security policies, including ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards. They will be expected to raise incidents or report non-compliance when observed. 

 

Qualifications & Experience  
•    Education: Graduate
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    3–7 years of work experience, including 1–2 years at the SME level or working with freelancers or examiners.
•    Knowledge managing back-end and/or front-end operations teams.
•    Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
•    Proficient in MS Office applications.
•    Ability to inspire, support, and manage people effectively.
•    Strong planning and prioritization skills.
•    Confident and effective decision-making abilities.
•    Proactive approach with a focus on problem analysis and resolution.

Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential.
