Role Purpose, Main Challenges & Accountabilities:

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Operations (IELTS) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a seamless customer experience to British Council IELTS candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to verify identification documents submitted by candidates as part of the registration process and ensure everything aligns accurately within our systems. You'll also handle first-level enquiries via email, chat, and phone, and escalate as needed.

This role is crucial to ensuring that our service standards are upheld, which means maintaining accurate logs, adhering to quality benchmarks, and collaborating with internal teams to provide the best support possible. You'll work across tools like CRM platforms and knowledge management systems, and it's important that you're comfortable navigating data and documents with care.

One thing to note — this role requires flexibility. It follows a shifting schedule and is 100% work from office. Occasionally, you might need to stay longer during training or support initiatives. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in accurate and efficient service, we'd love to hear from you.

Role-Specific Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

We’re looking for someone with 6 months to 3 years of experience in a call centre environment, ideally in a voice-based or blended process that includes inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and backend processing. If you're familiar with the IELTS registration process, that’s a plus. Being Six Sigma White Belt certified is another advantage, but not a deal-breaker if you bring a strong process mindset.

Skills:

You’ll need to be proficient in both English and Hindi, with strong communication skills across voice, email, and chat. We're also looking for solid computer literacy, especially with MS Office and keyboard handling. More importantly, you should be comfortable working with customer data and understand the importance of information security and compliance.

Desirable:

While not mandatory, prior knowledge of IELTS processes and experience working in an education, testing, or certification environment would be highly beneficial.

Requirements:

You should be a graduate with the legal right to work in India. Please make sure you've checked your visa or work authorization requirements before applying. We expect all team members to be open to cross-skilling as per business needs, so adaptability is key.

If this sounds like the kind of role you’d thrive in — working in a globally respected organisation where your contribution directly supports people’s educational goals — we’d love to receive your application.
