Associate Operations
Role Overview
This is an operations role where you will handle customer queries via email and chat (no active calling involved at this time). This role is part of our English and Exams business unit and supports customers globally. This is a PB 3 role
What will you do
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer issues effectively
Who can apply
- Graduates (any stream)
- 0 to 6 months of experience (freshers can apply)
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Work Environment
- Location: Noida (Work from Office)
- 24x7 rotational shifts
Salary
- ₹3.0 to ₹3.4 LPA (depending on skills and expertise)
Employment Type
- 1-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) on British Council payroll. Contract may be extended or converted to permanent based on performance and business needs.
