Role Overview
This is a backend operations and finance support role where you will work on data, reports, reconciliations, and process management. You will support internal teams to ensure smooth financial and operational processes. This role is part of our English and Exams business unit and supports customers globally. This is a PB 4 role
What will you do
- Work on data handling, reports, and reconciliations
- Handle customer and internal queries
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Who can apply
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com/MBA finance preferred)
- 6 months to 3 years of experience (backend/operations/finance)
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting
- Good English communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, etc.)
Work Environment
- Location: Noida (Work from Office)
- 24x7 shift environment
- Work with global and internal teams
Salary
- ₹3.40 to ₹5.12 LPA, based on experience, skills, and role alignment
- Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher compensation in line with internal approval processes
Employment Type
- Fixed Term Contract (FTC) on British Council payroll. Can be extended or converted to permanent based on performance and business needs.
