Role Overview

This is a customer support role where you will handle customer queries via emails, and chats (No calling involved at this stage). You will ensure quick and effective resolution of customer queries and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This role is part of our English and Exams business and supports customers globally. This is a pay band 4 roles

 

What will you do

  • Handle customer queries via, emails, and chats
  • Provide quick and accurate resolution to customer issues

 

Who can apply

  • Graduates (any stream)
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience (customer service/backend/blended process)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

 

Work Environment

  • Location: Noida (Work from Office)
  • 24x7 shift based role

 

Salary

  • ₹3.40 to ₹5.12 LPA, based on experience, skills, and role alignment 
  • Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher compensation in line with internal approval processes

 

Employment Type

  • 1-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) on British Council payroll. Can be extended or converted to permanent based on performance and business needs.
