Role Purpose

To ensure effective exam delivery by managing operations, compliance, confidential materials, venue relationships, and issue resolution, while supporting smooth test day execution and customer experience. 

 

Role Accountabilities

Responsible for supporting end-to-end exam delivery operations, including test day planning, venue coordination, confidential materials management, compliance adherence, and issue resolution. The role ensures smooth test execution, maintains strong relationships with venue staff and stakeholders, supports customer queries, manages risks and reporting, and ensures resources, processes, and service standards are effectively delivered in line with British Council requirements.

 

Role specific skills, knowledge and experience:

Experience in a fast-paced operational environment with strong customer service focus, along with the ability to maintain compliance, risk, and security standards. Experience in exam delivery, logistics, or compliance would be an advantage.

 

Further Information

Language: Strong English proficiency is essential for this role, requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and support international operations.

Education: Candidates should hold a diploma in any field. A degree will be considered an added advantage.

This role requires flexibility to work on test days, including weekends, as part of the contracted working hours.
