Role Purpose:
We are looking for an Exams Operations Officer to ensure the efficient delivery of exams at a small or remote exam office location. The role involves handling confidential materials in compliance with standards, managing test delivery, and overseeing Venue Supervisor engagement, relationships, and performance. You will coordinate risk and issue resolution, including customer communication, and act as the main point of contact for Venues and Venue Supervisors on test days. Main Accountabilities:
This role involves managing the preparation for Test Days in line with British Council processes, organizing resources at short notice, and monitoring performance through dashboards to ensure efficiency. You will be responsible for handling confidential materials in compliance with British Council standards, including sorting, packing, and securely storing exam materials for designated test venues.
You will also play a key role in supporting test delivery, ensuring the integrity of exams, and managing venue arrangements to meet required standards. In addition, you will oversee customer inquiries, provide solutions to issues that arise, and maintain positive relationships with venue staff and stakeholders.
As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure adherence to risk management and compliance standards, including security protocols and audits. The role requires analyzing operational activities and providing regular reports to support decision-making. You will also manage small-scale resources, ensuring that equipment and materials are available when needed.

Qualification & Experience:
