Role Purpose & Accountabilities:
We are seeking 2 dedicated Exams Operations Officers to join our team and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of exams within a small or remote exam office location. This role involves handling confidential materials, managing test delivery, engaging with Venue Supervisors, and coordinating risk or issue resolution. As the point of contact for Venues/Venue Supervisors on test days, including weekends, you will be responsible for product service support, test delivery support, customer support, relationship and stakeholder management, risk and compliance, analysis and reporting, finance and resource management, and managing self and others.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivery functions, monitoring performance, deploying engagement plans, supporting confidential materials handling, sorting and packing exam materials, supporting venue selection, providing customer support, managing relationships, undertaking risk management, following corporate risk management processes, and leading wash-up meetings.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    The British Council systems and global processes operate in English. Written and verbal proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is also required.
•    Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service.
•    Ability to monitor and maintain compliance, risk and security standards
