Role Purpose
To support the implementation and identification and use of technologies that enable marketing results in region. This includes gathering and explaining business requirements, supporting the region to develop a better understanding of markets and customers, and taking a high-level view of marketing needs. This role will also support the coordination of the rollout of marketing automation, supporting the adoption, compliance and processes for the technology to drive improvements and global standards across the function.
Role Accountabilities
Project Support
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the Marketing Automation team and Marketing Data Manager. Recommend marketing technology solutions that improve campaign performance, efficiency and business outcomes, while supporting global standards and governance for marketing technology.
Managing Self and Others
Provide advice and support on marketing tools, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve results through best practice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness, support the development of training, processes and tools, and enable teams throughout the customer journey. Plan and prioritise work effectively, coordinating input from colleagues across the business to deliver objectives over quarterly and annual timeframes.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across marketing teams to ensure alignment, reduce duplication and support shared initiatives. Champion the adoption of marketing best practices through communities of practice and other collaborative forums, while using corporate tools and channels to drive engagement, secure stakeholder buy-in and demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives through reporting.

Education
Essential:
- Degree or professional qualification in marketing, communications or business or demonstrable level of equivalent experience
Experience
Desirable:
- Experience working in a marketing/sales enablement function within a large and complex organisation or in a role with a marketing technology focus
- Understanding and knowledge of marketing technologies
- Experience within a global organisation
- Understanding of the processes and tools that enable effective marketing including industry trends and best practice

- Poland Monthly Salary Band: 6,150 PLN - 7,225 PLN
- Bulgaria Monthly Salary Band: 1,059 EUR - 1,271 EUR
