Role Purpose

 

To support the marketing teams with the in-platform (HubSpot) build of marketing campaigns and programmes. The adaptation (where required) of global journeys for English and Exams, and Cultural Engagement, including the design and build of new journey entry points, content and messaging translation and localisation, and localised channel strategy implementation.

 

Role Accountabilities

 

Subject/Sector Expertise

Support the delivery of campaign content strategies across the English and Exams and Cultural Engagement portfolios. Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including content localisation, template and journey adaptation, and contact and list management. Work closely with performance leads to ensure activities are accurately tagged and support the adaptation of global reporting dashboards to reflect network-specific performance.

 

Consultancy, Analysis and Problem Solving

Partner with the Global Data Lead to maintain the integrity of the HubSpot platform, including taxonomy, user profiles, contact and consent management, customer journeys and reporting dashboards. Act as the marketing automation and HubSpot specialist, sharing knowledge, promoting best practice and keeping colleagues informed of platform enhancements and industry developments.

 

Relationship and Stakeholder Management

Support the Enablement Solution Lead, Head of Campaigns and Head of Content Studio in driving marketing operational excellence. Provide the global enablement team with regular updates on platform usage, governance and adoption across the network.

 

Knowledge & Experience

 

Education

Essential:

  • Relevant degree or demonstrable equivalent level of experience

 

Desirable:

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification(s)

 

Experience

Essential:

  • Experience designing and building templates (email etc), landing pages, journeys, managing lists, and general platform governance within HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Proven experience working in a content/digital marketing role within a large and complex organisation 
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing 
  • Experience with Marketing platform governance   

 

Desirable:

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification(s)
  • Experience in CRM tool like Salesforce
  • Experience of marketing techniques, data and lead generation marketing
  • Experience in visualisation tools viz. Tableau, PowerBi
  • Experience within a global organisation
  • HTML, SQL, and CSS
  • Experience with dynamic personalisation
  • AI driven content, messaging, segmentation, and targeting

  • Poland Monthly Salary Range: 8200PLN - 10045PLN
  • Bulgaria Monthly Salary Range: 1427EUR - 1713EUR
